The word is CATEGORIES. The second “e” is not different, it just has an “i” in front of it.

Either they wrote it and took a picture. But the closets font I could think of is “Comic Sans MS.”

That’s not a font, it’s handwritten. You can tell because the two ‘E’ letters are different.
