Which is best for hosting a small business/commentary website?
By adminhosting wordpress Question: Which is best for hosting a small business/commentary website?
WordPress, Intuit, or some other hosting site?
The site’ll be sci-fi/fantasy/paranormal fiction-oriented, with a “bookstore” where people can buy short stories and even novels written by myself and other contributors, a free newsletter section with articles and reviews of sci-fi and hard science events, and forums to discuss sci-fi television/books/movies/etc.
And by “best”, I mean financially, thematically, and any other “-ally” that comes to mind.

It sounds like a Forum might work for you. A good forum hosting company like Online Institute (linked below) installs the Simple Machines Forum for I think about $ 9.95 and they can help customize the forum with hundreds of nice Themes (or skins) and there are many sci-fi ones. Forum hosting also allows you to setup a blog, add a chat room and start an online community for your project. Hope this helps!

If you are planning to build such a website you mention, you may want to look at dedicated server hosting. Or you may start with shared hosting and would recommend bluehost, myhosting, webhostingbuzz etc…
